Thanks for playing
A huge thank you to all of you who offered opinions and suggestions for this quilt. I am still trying out ideas and this morning discovered that I have enough wedges cut to make 13 more blocks! Wow enough for another slightly smaller quilt. So I am going to make 2 which will give me a chance to try out a couple variations. May use those same background dots cause I love them so much or maybe something completely different. Right now I am leaning towards a quieter setting triangle and love Donna's idea of the black and white. But then soft and sweet appeals too and bold with no black and white is also fun. Here is how it looks on the design wall right now. Thanks again for playing Design Dilemma.

Ooo, black dots and more black dots. The last picture is my favorite so far.
Whatever you do will be perfect, go with YOUR heart.
Oh, I do like the black polka dot too.
For a gal who loves dots, I don't seem to own any---oops, another catagory of fabric I'll HAVE to look into....your black and white looks nice and crisp next to the softness of the turq. Another quilt to play with is a great idea....have a super weekend Julierose
We should be thanking you for sharing your progress!! It's wonderful seeing how this quilt changes with the different fabrics. I'm loving the black/white spotty fabric!!
Wow--just changing the prints around can really make a difference. Love the dynamics of the 2nd quilt top. With the pink kept inside--it really pops against the black polka dots & the floral border!!
The black and white dots make the blocks pop and it looks so great, I'm really loving how this quilt is coming along.
Love, LOVE this quilt! The dark dots get my vote.
I like the gentleness of the first one. It'll be fun to see what you finally decide on. It has been interesting to see all your variations and read all the comments.
Oh, I love the black and white dots and the floral and pink borders. It just pops, gorgeous.
I think the top version works best. My eye immediately went to the big bold flowers in the fabric for the border in the second photo. I think something like the first photo brings the viewer to see the wonderful circle dresden-type blocks.
Just my opinion.
I like the black polka dot with the other little strip for the binding. Then I scrolled some more and saw you had fabric for a border too. Don't think you need a border it could drown out the beautiful blocks. IMHO
