I have finally finished row 2 of Sampler a Magic by Lori Smith.
Here are the individual blocks.
And finally the first two rows sewn together. While sewing this sampler is a bit of a challenge the real challenge seems to be selecting just the right fabrics. I am not thrilled with a few of my selections but they are not changing!
Wonderful blocks and fabric choices. My favorite is the fifth photo from the top.
ReplyDeleteLove this! You're making me want to stitch one up too! :-)
ReplyDeleteI think your blocks look wonderful! It looks like a fun project - very tempting... :0)

ReplyDeleteThese blocks are beautiful! You do lovely work. I think I recognize that background fabric - snowflakes - on old one from Hoffman that I loved. I wonder if there is any left in my stash? This is going to be a gorgeous quilt - bravo!
ReplyDeleteReally great colors you're working with! Lovely to see so much progress.:)
ReplyDeletejust wonderful!!
ReplyDeleteThese blocks are gorgeous! Are the applique blocks (which are equally lovely) part of this quilt?
ReplyDeleteLove the colors and the little fussy cutting touches--Lori Smith patterns are so wonderful and your version is going to be great!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite block is the pot of flowers.
ReplyDeleteIt's beautiful...love the fabric choices and how it is blending together : )
ReplyDeleteI could stare at that all day long!!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely perfect blocks and I love the colors. It takes time to make a block where all points are accurate and an accurate 1/4" on the outside.
ReplyDeleteLove the blocks!
