What is up with Blogger

Ok, so I am not sure if anyone out there can help me but I am having trouble with Blogger. Perhaps no surprise to others but I am stumped.  When I try to get into my own blog it will load the blog but not my followers or any of my blog roll etc. This only happens from my computer, when I try my tablet everything is fine so it must be a computer issue.  Norton, which I use for my security stuff lists my blog as untested or unsure or whatever jargon they use. It has been fine for over a year and now won't fully load. Any ideas on how I can fix this. I am pretty useless on fixing stuff on the computer but living alone these days means I must try.  In any case if I am not commenting on blogs etc. it means I am just not seeing you.  So sad.  Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Heather,  not such a Happy Appliquer right now

  1. I have the same problem with my follower tap. I can't see it anymore and the a message that it's configured incorrectly (already a few weeks). I've written to blogger (via the "there's something broken" but never heard anything back). But I'm assured that other people can still see it which means, they can still become followers if they wish to. So I've learned to live with it. Let me know if you find another solution.

  3. My nerdy computer guy says Norton uses so much of your PC's grunt its surprising anything runs at all. He recommended ditching Norton and using Microspft Security Essentials (a free download)...I have have had no issues since.
Not sure if that solution will help your issue...

  4. I have to admit that my computer guy says not to use Norton as well. Every so often my follower list disappears but then magically comes back pretty soon.

  5. My computer-savvy hubby agrees about Norton--I am removing it from mine and will go to Avast. I have also had similar issues, Heather--it is SO FRUSTRATING. And, blogger doesn't give you ANY answers. Good luck, Heather Julierose

  7. My engineer husband thinks Norton is great, but I begged him not to put it on my computer so I'm running McAfee. I've had trouble not being able to load photos, but after the holiday weekend everything seems to be working again. Hope things move along quickly with your house.
